We operate and despatch all our orders from our facility in Warrington, Cheshire.

We pride ourselves in stocking products that only conform to the highest industry standards. Therefore, we stock products by Bolsius, who have been crafting candles for more than 100 years. We have a long-standing and close working relationship with Bolsius and all of our products carry the RAL quality mark.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us either via email or telephone, and we will be glad to discuss your issue with you. We offer refunds on products that are faulty, incorrect, or damaged.

All the candles we have in stock are crafted from 0% animal fat and are palm oil-free. They are made from plant-based wax and either rapeseed, olive or sunflower oil. Each candle also contains a cotton wick.

All our products are RAL quality approved, which is the company that determines the relevant quality marks required for various products and services. Therefore, we can guarantee all of our clients that they are ordering nothing but the best.
