We take every effort to ensure that the information contained within our website is correct and up-to date. We reserve the right to change, amend or update any information at our discretion.
Colour Information & Image Representation
All images used on manchestercandle.com are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent the actual product being shown. The colours of products depend on the monitor you use and may not be accurate. If you need graphics please just ask. We gladly send out top quality pictures and graphics without any fuss so please ask.
Distance Selling
In accordance with the new E.U directive on distance selling (Distance selling Act regulations 2000) you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you cancel the order after the delivery process has begun, you will be liable for any services included, such as, postage and packaging and the return postage. Please ensure that the goods are returned as delivered by us, un-opened and fit for resale. Upon receipt of the notice of cancellation we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price within 30 days. Please ensure you enclose the order number, Name and Address and a cover note requesting a refund. Send the goods to: Manchester Candle Co. Ltd, c/o WLG Logistics, Horsefield Way, Bredbury Industrial Estate, Bredbury, Stockport, SK6 2TD.
Minimum order value
£100 net. For order between £100 and £200 net we charge £.9.95 shipping and packaging. Over £200 net no charge for shipping and packaging.
Delivery
Loss of Parcel
If you have not received your order within 10 days please e-mail sales@manchestercandle.com and the order status will be provided. If the order has been misplaced by the delivery company re-delivery will be organised.
Change of delivery address:
If you have placed an order then you can't change the address details. If you have made a mistake and realise before you complete the sale, you can edit the details and change it.
Incorrect item received:
If you receive a wrong product please contact sales@manchestercandle.com. A collection and re-delivery/refund will be arranged unless an alternative agreement is made between both parties.
Damaged Products
We take every precaution to ensure your order will arrive in good condition but, sometimes things go wrong. If this happens please contact us by email at sales@manchestercandle.com. We expect to be notified within 3 days of any damages or shortages. Of course complete failure of a delivery to arrive is a different matter. Thankfully total failure of an order to arrive is rare and we will in that unlikely even treat each one of those occurrences on its own merits.
Payments:
As a business to business supplier we first of all set you up in our accounts system. You will receive your account code reference that is unique to your business. Payment to our bank account must include your account reference so that we can allocate your payment to your account.
Pricing & VAT
The prices shown on this Web site are in UK £ (Pounds Sterling) and are exclusive of VAT which is charged at the current UK standard rate.
Manchester Candle Co. Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders.
